We're a Texas-based team of licensed pharmacists supporting hospitals with the medication-order coverage they need — without the cost or complexity of expanding in-house staffing.
Accurate Order Solutions was founded by hospital pharmacists who saw the same pattern repeat at facility after facility: nights, weekends, and holidays were hard to staff — and the work didn't stop while pharmacy did.
We built a remote model that gives hospitals real pharmacist coverage on the hours they choose, with documentation, accuracy, and compliance that hold up to any audit.
Today we support hospital pharmacy departments across multiple states with medication order entry, order verification, and clinical consultation — billed by the hour, the order, or the shift.
